As a show of continued support to their early careers strategy and their desire to bring new skills and talent into their organisation, Kuehne+Nagel have recently recruited 24 Apprentices into their organisation.
As Kuehne+Nagel’s Lead Apprenticeship Provider we have been working with this leading supply chain and logistics company for a number of years and this is just the latest in a line of success stories from our partnership.
The latest Apprenticeship cohort are all new recruits to the business and will be based at Kuehne+Nagel locations around the country. Over the course of their Apprenticeship, they will develop the skills and capabilities needed by Kuehne+Nagel in order to be successful in a business that is at the forefront of the revolution in the sector caused by Brexit and evolving customer requirements.
The partnership between Kuehne+Nagel and SR Apprenticeships starts with the design of the programme where our two organisations work closely to align Kuehne+Nagel’s requirements with those of the Apprenticeship Standard. SR Apprenticeship’s recruitment services then take the opportunity out to market and source the very best candidates regardless of their location in the country. Our Tutors then take over ensuring that the Apprentices make the best progress that they can while our Account Managers keep Kuehne+Nagel up to date with the successful delivery of the programme.
It’s this close working that forms the basis of the success of the Kuehne+Nagel Apprenticeship programme and consistently delivers great results for Kuehne+Nagel and their Apprentices.
