This Apprenticeship is for those that manage a team and/or projects, and achieves operational or departmental goals and objectives as part of the delivery of the organisation’s strategy.
Key responsibilities are likely to include creating and delivering operational plans; managing projects; leading and managing teams; managing change; financial and resource management; talent management; coaching and mentoring.

By selecting specific units, the Apprentices can also work towards achievement of the ILM Diploma and in doing so will also cover most of the knowledge and skills required for the Level 5 Apprenticeship.

By completing the Operations Manager L5 ILM Certificate, you will be developing a specific skill set and gaining the knowledge needed to succeed in the programme and job role.

Duration of Programme: 20 months
Programme Value: £9,000 (funded by Levy or Government funding depending on company size)
Qualifications Gained: L5 Apprenticeship in Operations, ILM L5 Diploma in Management, L2 Functional Skills maths and English (unless exempt with recognised prior learning)
