This Apprenticeship is for Team Leaders with a first line Management role, responsible for managing a team or operational/project responsibilities.
Some key responsibilities are likely to include supporting, managing and developing team members; managing projects; planning and monitoring workloads and resources.

By selecting specified units, the Apprentices can also work towards achievement of the ILM Diploma and in doing so will also cover most of the knowledge and skills required for the Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Managing resources and workloads, team dynamics, and motivation
Coaching, decision making, role modelling and managing change
Active listening, chairing meetings, presentations, digital, verbal and written communication skills
Planning and prioritising, risk management, collecting, analysing and using data
Equality, diversity, and inclusion
Settings goals and objectives, absence management, and conducting appraisals
Customer and stakeholder management, negotiation, and networking skills
By completing the Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship, you will be developing a specific skill set and gaining the knowledge needed to succeed in the Apprenticeship and job role.

Duration of Programme: 15 months
Programme Value: £5000 (funded by Levy or Government funding depending on company size)
Qualifications Gained: L3 Apprenticeship in Team Leader, ILM L3 Diploma in Leadership & Management, L2 Function Skills maths and English (unless exempt with prior recognised learning)
