It’s safe to say that 2020 was a difficult year for us all
However, thanks to the ongoing strong relationships with our valued Employers, we are proud to have been able to continue to support our Apprentices with their learning, even when furloughed.
This has been made possible by the use of our bespoke Learning Environment and Video Conferencing platforms. This technology has enabled us to safely give them the teaching and support required to successfully complete their Apprenticeship programmes.
Here is a snapshot of some of the great results we have seen since the start of the pandemic:
Via EM
All Apprentices at Via EM have successfully completed the Operations/Departmental Manager L5 Standard with flying colours having received Distinctions across the board!
Here’s what some of our Apprentices had to say:

Kuehne + Nagel
Since the start of the first Lockdown in March, all of Kuehne+Nagel’s International Freight Forwarding Apprentices successfully passed their programme.
The same goes for their Team Leading and Business Administration Apprentices, 100% of whom achieved a Distinction grade!

Cardtronics
Since the first lockdown, Apprentices at Cardtronics have successfully completed their Apprenticeships in Team Leading, Customer Services and Business Administration, with nearly everyone achieving a Distinction grade!

“We are very proud of the results our Apprentices have earned. In these challenging times we have been laser focused on continuing to deliver a service for the communities we serve, and this has put additional pressure onto our teams.
Despite this, our Apprentices have found the time, energy and determination to complete their courses. As a result, we have improved the skillset of our workforce and provided access to career progression opportunities for our people.”
SR Apprenticeships
Since the end of March, over 70% of our Apprentices have gained a Distinction in their chosen Apprenticeship, with 100% Distinction pass rates in our Operations/Departmental Manager L5 and Customer Service Practitioner L2 Apprenticeships.
We are very proud of our Apprentices and all they have achieved this year, and we thank their Employers for their continued support.
