Business Administration Level 4 Cardtronics
Emma Nancarrow, National Account Manager at Cardtronics, based in Hatfield, recently completed the Level 4 Business Administration Apprenticeship with SR Apprenticeships and gained a distinction. SR Apprenticeships wanted to find out more about Emma’s experience and how it has assisted her within her role.
Challenging and Relevant Content
‘I thought the course was really relevant and extremely challenging from the start, with tutors and peers supporting each other throughout. I have been challenged more than I thought possible, in a way that has made me realise that I have so much more to offer and that we can all continue to learn and develop new skills. It’s been demanding but I have learnt so much about business operations and practices at a much deeper level. I am much more confident in presenting to my team, managers and other people and continue to grow in confidence in this area.
The apprenticeship was tailored to each of our unique needs meaning I could select certain components that suited and benefitted by role with Cardtronics – thus maximising the relevancy of the skills I was learning and developing.
The tutors were brilliant. Not only were they clearly experts, they understood our different learning styles and were great at getting the most from each of us – as individuals.
I loved being challenged as it made my understanding of various subjects much deeper and to be able to debate your opinions is always a benefit in business.
Day-to-day I have seen an increase in my confidence and understanding of reporting, coupled with a higher level of management. I would recommend the Level 4 to anyone wanting to take the next step in their careers.’
