Recognising that many small companies are feeling the impact of the economic downturn, and that this might mean they have to sacrifice training or recruitment, Kuehne+Nagel are sharing their own Apprenticeship funds with smaller businesses. In doing this, they hope to encourage them to recruit a new generation of Apprentices or develop the skills of their existing workforce without the normal costs that are associated with Apprenticeship training.
Kuehne+Nagel have asked SR Apprenticeships to partner with them on this important initiative. As Kuehne+Nagel’s preferred provider for their own Apprenticeship programmes we’re delighted to be able to support them in bringing the benefits of Apprenticeships to smaller, non-levy paying employers.
