Our Account Managers work with you from initial planning and launch through to the coordination of End Point Assessment of the Apprenticeship programme. In effect, they become an extension of your business aiming to make your Apprenticeship program as successful as possible.
Not only will they work with you on monthly, quarterly and annual reporting but they will also guide you through the expectations of the monthly Apprenticeship review. As part of your meetings, they will provide you with a mechanism to have full oversight of all of your Apprentices and the progress they are making.
Throughout the Apprenticeship they will support you in understanding the return on investment that you’re getting from your Apprenticeship programme. In addition to working with you to identify opportunities to expand the programme throughout your business.
